Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the InnerSpace mobile application. By downloading or using the app you agree to be bound by these terms.
InnerSpace is a personal wellness application providing guided audio sessions, ambient soundscapes, affirmations, private journaling, and AI-assisted reflection tools. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
InnerSpace offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly, annual, and lifetime) that unlock full access to all content. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings at any time. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
A free trial may be offered for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription. Only one free trial per Apple ID or Google account.
All audio content, visual assets, and text within InnerSpace are the intellectual property of InnerSpace Studio. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content from the app without written permission.
InnerSpace is designed for relaxation, focus, and general wellbeing. It is not a medical product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical or mental health condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Your journal entries, listening history, and preferences are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers. Audio content is streamed from our CDN (Supabase).
The optional "Untangle a Thought" AI feature transmits your typed messages to Anthropic's Claude AI for processing. Messages are not permanently stored by us. Use of this feature is entirely opt-in. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnerSpace Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
